AFDOSS and the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s Food Safety Branch are co-hosting the 2018 Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Retail Food Protection Central Region Seminar! This year’s annual event is taking place at The Brown Hotel in Louisville from Tues., Aug. 28 to Thurs., Aug. 30. The FDA Retail Food Protection Seminar is for any and all food safety practitioners and policy makers who work in government, industry and/or academic sectors.
